About this Class: Bring your bambini and get ready to cook! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our signature recipe with your child from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home! Our Scuola Chef will help prepare the dish for you to taste in class.

In This Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Cavatelli

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make semolina pasta dough and Cavatelli

• Make your own semolina pasta dough from scratch by hand

• Shape your freshly made dough into Cavatelli pasta to take home after class

• Enjoy a menu featuring fresh pasta and a drink of choice (wine or soft drink)
